Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed July 8, 2022 found that Around-The-Clock Nursing, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state relicensure survey completed on April 27, 2022.
